Waters Data Converter 2 is an extension to Empower that allows you to import data from Waters MassLynx, Agilent ChemStation, Perkin Elmer TotalChrom und Thermo Atlas into Empower 2 and 3. Readable data types include LC and GC separations supporting chromatograms and UV DAD and MS detectors. Users can work manually or pre-set all parameters for automated data import.
The Empower Toolkit provides a powerful yet simple means of programmatically accessing most of the key data structures and functionality in the Empower software.
Export acquired and processed data in JCamp format
Create or modify an export method for exporting results and raw data in ASCII, AIA, OpenLynx, PDF, or EMF file format. The chosen export file format depends on the application or system to which you are exporting. You can also specify to email an exported data file to one or more email addresses or save the file to a specific location. You can export PDA spectral libraries or spectra in ASCII format, and MS spectral libraries or spectra in Analytical Data Interchange (ANDI) or National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) ASCII formats
Import data into Empower to process and review. Supported import formats are ASCII data files, ExpertEase raw data files, ExpertEase Multi-method files and AIA raw data files, including Analytical Data Interchange (ANDI) 3D MS files (*.cdf)
